Kuwait-Mubasher: National Petroleum Services (Napesco) received the lowest bids in a tender offered by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), according to a bourse statement issued Sunday.
The tender is worth KWD 5.6 million, for boosting the effective appliance of administration systems across KOC.
