Mubasher: National Petroleum Services (Napesco) and its Turkish partner, Meke Deniz, was awarded the lowest bid in a tender offered by Kuwait National Petroleum Co.
The tender is worth KD 1.69 million ($5.53 million), according to a bourse filing issued on Sunday
