Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general assembly of the National building and Marketing Company has approved the board’s recommendation of not paying cash dividends to shareholders for the year ended 31 March.
The assembly has also approved the financial statements of FY18, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
