Kuwait – Mubasher: The Kuwaiti bourse has finalised the procedures of selling 18.22% of National Cleaning’s shares to Alsahra Company and the Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK).
The shares total 45.5 million at a price of 38.5 fils per shares, the bourse said in a filing issued on Tuesday.
The overall value of the sold shares amounts to KWD 1.75 million, Boursa Kuwait added.
It is noteworthy that National Cleaning’s capital stands at KWD 24.974 million distributed on 249.75 million shares, with a par value of 100 fils each.
On the stock level National Cleaning levelled up 1.12% to end Tuesday’s session at 45 fils.
