Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general assembly of National Industrialization Company has elected a new board of directors for the coming three years, ending 5 July 2022, during the meeting held on Saturday, 6 July.
Accordingly, Mubarak Abdullah Mohamed Al Khafrah was appointed as the board’s chairman, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
Moreover, the assembly has approved hiring Talal Ali Hassan Al Shair as the new deputy chairman.
It is worth mentioning that National Industrialization reported a 55.87% year-on-year decline during the first quarter of 2019, recording SAR 159.5 million.
