Kuwait – Mubasher: National Industries Group Holding said Sunday that its KWD 25 million bond issue was subscribed on 15 December, before the end of the subscription period on 29 December.
The expected financial impact of the subscription is an increase in the company's liabilities by about KWD 5 million, which is forecasted to appear in the financial results for the fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
By 11:00am Kuwait time, the stock stood at 126 fils.
