Kuwait – Mubasher: National Investments Company said Wednesday that its subsidiaries Al Seef Brokerage and Al Waseet Financial Business agreed on their merger by the incorporation of the latter into the former.
The merger includes liquidating Al Waseet and transfer its assets to Al Seef, according to a bourse filing.
In another statement, National Investments Company said that its extraordinary general meeting approved on Monday, 26 September, on the merger and increasing the company’s capital by KWD 7.315 million to KWD 12.715 million from KWD 5.4 million.
Al Waseet’s shareholders also agreed in their EGM yesterday on the merger.
