Mubasher: National Investments Co achieved a profit worth KWD 764,000 ($2.55 million) in the fourth quarter of 2017 against losses of KWD 5.01 million ($16.74 million) in the same period a year ago.
During fiscal year 2017, the company reported a profit of KWD 10.31 million versus losses of KWD 3.98 million in the previous fiscal year, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The board members recommended a cash dividend of 7% or 7 fils per share for FY17.
At the stock level, National Investments closed Wednesday’s session 1.42% higher at 99.9 fils.
