Kuwait – Mubasher: National Investments Co. said its extraordinary general meeting agreed on merging both its two units Al Waseet Financial Business and Al Seef Brokerage.
The company pointed out that it cannot determine now the financial impact of the merging process.
Earlier, National Investments said it established a holding company with capital of $6 million in order to own investments in Lebanon.
