Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of the National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC) approved distributing cash dividends, equivalent to 30% of the capital, for 2020.
The cash dividend payout stands at 30 fils per share, aggregating at a total amount of AED 75 million, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the net profits of NMDC jumped by 95% year-on-year (YoY) to AED 351.8 million, compared with AED 180.8 million a year earlier.
