Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of National Real Estate approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 10% of the capital as bonus shares for fiscal year 2017.
National Real Estate will distribute 10-for-100 shares as a bonus for FY17, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company will distribute the bonus on 7 June to the shareholders of record date on 4 June.
In FY17, National Real Estate posted a decline of 34.3% in profits to KWD 10.6 million compared to KWD 16.1 million in the prior year.
At the stock level, National Real Estate closed Thursday’s session 4.63% higher at 113 fils.
