Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Total assets of national banks grew 8.9% year-on-year to reach AED 184 billion by the end of February 2017, according to a bourse filing.
National banks’ assets reached AED 2.253 trillion as of 28 February 2017, compared to AED 2.069 trillion in the prior-year period.
Assets of foreign banks fell 5.36% year-on-year to stand at AED 372.6 billion by the end of February 2017.
