Cairo – Mubasher: The number of offers that responded to Raya's offer to purchase 2 million treasury stocks reached 324,900 by the end of the offer's second day.
Raya Holding for Technology and Communications Company announced that it will buy 2 million treasury stocks at a value of EGP 4.26 a share from the shareholders through OPR market.
OPR market will be opened for five days, starting from 14 September till end of trading on 20 September.
The company's stock rose 3.45% to EGP 4.16 at the end of Thursday's session, after exchanging 232,300 shares at a value of EGP 966,400 through 108 transactions.
