Mubasher: Nebras Power on Sunday has acquired AES Corporation’s stakes in three electricity projects in Jordan.
The deal was implemented without revealing any financial data.
Nebras is based in Qatar, while AES Corporation is located in the US.
In January 2018, Nebras Power stated that a three-firm consortium inked a financing contract to establish a 52-MW solar power plant in Jordan, east of Amman.
Nebras Power’s CEO Khalid Jolo stated last September that his firm would raise investments in Jordan by injecting $250 million.
