Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi International Airport has announced launching a new visa counter to facilitate applications and grant visas to both transit and arriving passengers.
The new counter will release the visa within 15 to 30 minutes, a statement by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi showed, indicating that the new service will be located at the airport’s Terminal 3.
The statement released late Monday was made in collaboration between the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Airports, Etihad Airways, and the Abu Dhabi General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners Affairs.
Through the new counter, the airport will be able to issue new four-day, or 96-hour, transit visa for all nationalities travelling through the Abu Dhabi International Airport.
