Cairo - Mubasher: Projects in New Mansoura City reached EGP 5 billion in the first phase of the project, according to the deputy chairman of the city authority Yasser Kahla.
Kahla told Mubasher on Friday that completed works include the Sakan Masr project, as well as the ground works for the towers.
The first phase is set to be fully completed by 2020, he added, with investments totalling EGP 45 billion for the four phases.
The coastal city spans across 6,000 feddans, with a 15,000 kilometer beach, and it will house 12 towers or skyscrapers with investments amounting to EGP 19 billion.
