Dubai – Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding’s major investors’ list has witnessed the entry of new investors by the end of Thursday’s trading session on 24 August.
The new major investors are Al Danah GCC Equity Trading Fund with 10.88% and Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Saeed Al Qassimi with 5.74%, according to a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) .
The statement noted that Tabarak Commercial Investment’s stake in Gulf Navigation declined from 32.92% to 22.04%.
Major investors are the owners of 5% or more of the company’s shares.
