Mubasher: Noor Financial Investment said that its 53.7%-owned subsidiary, Noor Salhiya Real Estate Co, has sold a real estate asset in Khaitan city in Kuwait.
The total value of this sale deal is KWD 1.7 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
The exit deal has not generated profit or loss, the statement added.
In another bourse filing disclosed earlier on Wednesday, the company clarified that Noor Salhiya has acquired a KWD 1.1 million ($3.65 million) real estate firm in the UAE.
