Cairo-Mubasher: North Africa Company for Real Estate Investment is still negotiating with a bank to raise a loan worth EGP 200 million, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
However, the firm has not announced the bank’s name or the loan period.
The EGX-listed company added that it completed the negotiations and initial signing of a contract to develop a land plot in Port Said governorate. However, the contract is pending the fulfillment of some conditions by the other party.
The impact of this contract will be calculated after starting project implantation, the company said.
