Cairo - Mubasher: The shareholders of North Cairo Flour Mills Co. gave a nod to distribute cash dividends of EGP 1.6 per share, at total amount of EGP 17.1 million, where the Food Industries Holding Co. accounted for EGP 8.7 million .
Meanwhile, the shareholders meeting endorsed the board of director’s report for the fiscal year ended June 2015.
The company's earnings declined 36.7% to EGP 31.4 million in FY15/16, down from EGP 49.66 million a year earlier.
