Riyadh – Mubasher: Northern Region Cement Co.’s board gave a note to the distribution of cash dividends of SAR 81 million at SAR 0.45 per share, representing 4.5% of par value, to shareholders for the six-month period of 2016.
Registered shareholders at the end of trading at Sunday 14 August will be entitled to receive dividends, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company’s paid-in capital amounts to SAR 1.8 billion distributed across 180 million issued shares, at SAR 10 par value each.
