Riyadh-Mubasher: Northern Region Cement said its ordinary general meeting, held on Wednesday, gave the go ahead for distributing cash dividends for the second half of 2015 at SAR 0.5 a share, totalling SAR 90 million.
Shareholders of record on the general meeting date are eligible for the dividends that will be paid on 14 April.
In addition, shareholders approved the dividends paid for H1-15 at SAR 0.60, totalling SAR 108 million.
FY15 net earnings reached SAR 206.91 million, a rise of 3.45% from SAR 200 million a year earlier.
The stock closed Wednesday 1.62% higher at SAR 13.14.
