Cairo – Mubasher: Nozha International Hospital’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will discuss on 24 March increasing the company’s issued capital from EGP 36 million to EGP 42.2 million through the distribution of 0.2-for-1 bonus shares.
The company set 27 March as an alternative date for the EGM in case of a lack of quorum, according to a bourse filing.
