Cairo – Mubasher: Nozha International Hospital said Sunday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 30 piasters per share and 0.2-for-1 bonus shares for fiscal year 2016.
Meanwhile, the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) has agreed on raising the issued capital by EGP 7.2 million, from EGP 36 million to EGP 43.2 million, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders also approved to amend articles number 6 and 7 of the company’s statute.
