OCI sees buying transaction worth EGP 7.9m

Cairo-Mubasher: Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) witnessed on Sunday a buying transaction at a total value of EGP 7.9 million.

A total of 30.738 shares were sold at EGP 256,360, the company said on a bourse statement.

On 17 February, the company submitted documents to voluntarily delist 208.9  million shares at a par value of EGP 5 each.  

On 24 February, OCI obtained the approval of the listing committee on the voluntarily delist, according to the market regulations.
