Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Development Holding (ODH) said Wednesday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) has approved the voluntary delisting of its Egyptian depositary receipts (EDRs).
The EGM agreed on buying the EDRs offered to the company, according to a bourse filing.
