Mubasher: Oman and Emirates Investment Holding Company (OEIO) said the transfer of the government’s stake in the company to Oman Investment Fund has been completed.
The transferred stake totals 5.28 million shares representing 4.3% of total capital, the company said in a statement to the Muscat Securities Exchange on Wednesday.
