Mubasher: Oman Hotels and Tourism Company’s (OHTC) shareholders approved in their meeting on 24 January to sell the assets and business of Al Falaj Hotels to Aitken Spence Resorts for OMR 14 million, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Oman and Emirates Investment Holding (OEIO), listed on ADX and MSM, owns 31.2% of OHTC.
