Mubasher: Wasel Exchange, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oman Investment and Finance (OIFC), decided not to proceed with the proposed acquisition of Musandam Exchange, according to a bourse statement.
The decision is taken as an agreement could not be reached with the seller in this regard.
