Mubasher: Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) members and other oil producers will gather in the Qatar capital, Doha, on 17 April, Qatar’s minister of energy, Mohammed al-Sada, announced on Wednesday.
Al-Sada described the meeting as a follow-up to the talks between Saudi Arabia, Russia, Venezuela and Qatar, which led to freeze output at January levels.
“Participant countries represents 73% of the total world oil production,” the minister added.
