Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian government approved an agreement between the Egyptian government and the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) on the provision of $40 million, in favor of the Social Fund for Development (SFD), said Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr.
The Minister clarified that the agreement came on the framework of the ministry keenness to support the President’s initiative on youth projects and to contribute to financing credit lines of small and micro enterprises in the most disadvantaged areas nationwide.
She also noted that the total funds secured by her ministry to support small and micro enterprises were worth$ 2.7 billion.
