Mubasher: The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) could lower production by an extra 1% from the output levels agreed last month in Algeria, according to the Algerian energy minister Noureddine Boutarfa
OPEC will assess the market during its next summit which will be held next November in Vienna, and if the 700,000 barrels reduction is not enough, it could be increased, Boutarfa explained to Ennahar TV channel.
Now that OPEC is unified and speaks in one voice everything is much easier, the minister stressed.
