Kuwait - Mubasher: The Kuwaiti oil minister, Essam Al Marzooq said on Monday that the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is completely independent from the United States of America (USA).
The minister also told Mubasher that the US currently exports more than two million barrels per day, yet it is accusing OPEC of controlling oil prices, which the minister said is not true.
The minister of oil, electricity and water noted that the US is selling from its strategic reserve to lower oil prices.
