Mubasher: Mohammad Barkindo, general secretary of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), said that a new deal should be made during the November meeting in Vienna to decide a new production limit.
Cooperation between the member countries is going well, Barkindo said during an interview with CNBC news channel.
We are going to write a new chapter in the history of oil, as we cooperate with Russia and other countries, Barkindo added, noting that all countries comply with their production limits.
