Mubasher: Oman ORIX Leasing’s shareholders approved dividend payout for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
During their ordinary general meeting (OGM), the shareholders gave the go-ahead to 9% cash dividends, equivalent to 9 baisas per share.
The shareholders also gave a nod to 4% bonus shares on a 1-for-25 basis.
