Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Telecom Media And Technology Holding (OTMT) is anticipated the due diligence examination of CI Capital Holding within the upcoming two weeks, said CI Capital Vice Chairman Mahmoud Atalla.
OTMT seeks to acquire 100% of CI Capital, an investment-banking unit, which wholly owned by CIB.
Last December, CIB said it has received a non-binding offer from Orascom Telecom Media And Technology Holding to acquire 100% of CI Capital Holding.
The deal value will be within the range of EGP 1 billion, said a bourse statement earlier.
