Cairo – Mubasher: Beltone Financial, a subsidiary of Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT), has signed a share purchase agreement with Commercial International Bank (CIB), to buy 100% of CI Capital Holding.
CI Capital is wholly owned by CIB.
Previously, OTMT said it nominated Beltone to act as the purchasing entity in the sale of 100% of CI Capital.
CIB said it aims to finalise this deal before the end of the first quarter of 2016, after obtaining all necessary approvals.
