Cairo - Mubasher: Commercial International Bank (CIB) announced Thursday, it has received a non-binding offer from Orascom Telecom Media And Technology Holding (OTMT) to acquire 100% of CI Capital Holding.
CI Capital is an investment-banking unit, which wholly owned by CIB.
The deal value will be within the range of EGP 1 billion, said a bourse statement.
The Board of directors of CIB is expected to convene today to discuss the offer.
