Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT) aims at finalising the development of the Sphinx and the Great Pyramid of Giza’s Sound and Light Theatre by the end of 2018.
Orascom has partnered with PRISM Entertainment with $50 million investments over two years, chairperson of the Holding company for Tourism and Hotels (HOTAC) Mervat Hataba told Almal News, noting that the agreement allows the company to benefit from the region for 20 years.
This awarded sound and light development project is operated by a HOTAC subsidiary, Hataba indicated.
On 21 October, OTMT’s board agreed to establish an Egyptian joint-stock company with the contribution of 124.2 million shares for performing, designing, and managing sound and light shows.
