Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Telecom Media and Technology (OTMT) registered a net loss of EGP3.6 billion ($407.3 million) in 2015 against a net profit of EGP263.98 million ($29.8 million) a year earlier, the consolidated financial results indicated.
In 2015, OTMT standalone losses shrank 67.3% year-over-year to EGP247.35 million from EGP757.07 million.
In the first nine months of 2015, the company logged a net loss of EGP3 billion against a net profit of EGP603 million for the year-ago period.
The ordinary general meeting is to be held on 15 May 2016 to consider FY15 financial results and other miscellaneous including loan agreements.
