Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Odin Investments, formerly Egyptians Abroad for Investment and Development, has replaced the representative board member of the Egyptian Investment Holding Group.
Raafat El-Sawi Abul-Yazid has been appointed as a representative of the Egyptian Investment Holding Group instead of Waled Mohamed Essam El Din, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
In addition, the board has appointed Raafat El-Sawi Abul-Yazid as the new managing director of Odin Investments.
It is worth mentioning that during the first half of 2019, the company’s net profits reached EGP 1.55 million, compared to EGP 3.05 million in H1-18.
