Mubasher: The Iraqi oil Minister is optimistic for a balance in the global market in by the first quarter of 2018.
Jabar Al-Luaibi said on Wednesday that a balance between supply and demand, would help boost oil prices, as reported by CNBC.
As inventories decreased to an acceptable level, there have been positive signs that oil market prices would improve significantly in 2018, Al-Luaibi explained.
"I am optimistic, and during the first quarter of next year there will be more balance between supply and demand, which will reflect positively on improving global oil prices," he added.
