Mubasher: Global oil markets are currently showing a stable performance, Kuwait’s oil minister Bakhit Al Rashidi said on Tuesday.
Al Rashidi has expected such stability to continue until the end of 2018, Reuters reported.
“The upcoming [ the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries’ (OPEC)] meeting next month will look at whether the oil market needs more crude and if there is a build up in inventories,” Rashidi told reporters in Kuwait City, according to the news agency.
The OPEC members are scheduled to take place in Vienna on 6 and 7 December to set their oil supply policy and agree on a long-term mechanism to manage the market beyond 2018.
