Mubasher: Oil prices continued to increase on Friday as OPEC members and non-members are expected to discuss maintaining output in the upcoming Doha meeting next month.
At 2:00GMT, crude Brent futures rose by 2.02% to $42.38 a barrel.
Light crude futures increased by 1.3% to $41 a barrel, the highest in 2016.
