Oil prices fall, back away $50 a barrel

Mubasher: Oil prices saw a slide on Friday after giving a seven-year high performance during the second quarter of 2016.

By 12:15 GMT, Brent crude fell by 0.7% to $49.1 a barrel.

Light crude oil also 0.35% to $48.3 per barre

In the second quarter of 2016, oil prices jumped 25%, thus registering the best seasonal performance in seven years.
