Mubasher: Oil prices declined on Friday, giving up their morning rises and paring weekly gains.
Brent crude dropped 0.54% or $ 0.19 to $35.10 a barrel, while US crude futures settled at $32.78 a barrel, falling 0.9% or $0.29.
At the weekly level, Brent crude and US crude climbed 6% and 11%, respectively.
The US energy companies lowered the rig count for the 10th straight week, to reach its lowest since December 2009, according to the data released by Baker Hughes on Friday.
