Oil prices rise despite oversupply worries

Mubasher: Oil prices increased on Friday, despite oversupply worries after oil producers have failed, in Doha meeting, to reach an agreement for maintaining oil output at its current level.

Brent crude oil gained 1.2% to settle at $45.1 per barrel at 10.03 GMT.

Similarly, the US crude oil edged up 0.9% to reach $43.2 a barrel.
