Mubasher: Oil prices kept almost flat on Tuesday as cold weather in the U.S. and Europe increased the possibility of rising demand for crude.
Crude grew by 0.42% to $36.97 a barrel, its lowest in nearly 11 years. Meanwhile, Brent rose by 0.42% to $36.76 a barrel.
Tens were killed in the cold storm which swept across the U.S. on Monday. Accordingly, more than 2,9000 flights were cancelled in the U.S., and other 4,800 were delayed on Monday.
