Kuwait-Mubasher: Oil prices will remain low, and will not return to their levels before 2014 will not during the coming years, said Nawal Al-Fezai, Kuwait representative at OPEC.
Al-Fezai noted on the sidelines of the Energy Strategy Forum, which is held in Kuwait, that oil prices will remain at a range between $40 per barrel and $60 per barrel until 2020.
Oil reached $104 a barrel in June 2014, before it severely declined to $26.
