Mubasher: The 5th edition of Oman Economic Forum will be launched on 5 March 2016 under the theme of “Oman: Arab Asian Partnership Bridge”, according to Oman News Agency.
The 2-day forum will be organized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in coordination and cooperation with Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Company.
During a press conference, the ministry's advisor Mohsen bin Khamis al-Balushi said that this forum is a platform that gathers representatives of government agencies and the relevant private sector, as well as domestic and foreign investors.
He added that the forum aims to support the government’s development goals and promoting the Sultanate position as a station for international trade and the movement of multimodal transport between continents.
